Assistant Director, Student 联系 and Communications
Financial Services Loan and 操作 team are responsible for much of the background work in the Student Financial Services Office. They are responsible for receipt and transmission of data between BG大游 and the federal financial aid systems, maintaining integrity between those systems. In addition to system processing and integrity, evaluators certify private educational loans and complete the federally-required verification process on students Free Applications for Federal Student Aid (FAFSAs).
Student Account Representatives are responsible for third party posting payments to students accounts and processing refunds due to students because of financial aid or overpayments on accounts. They also handle invoicing for third party sponsors, processing requests for payment plans and questions about billing and late fees.
Account Resolution 特殊的ists are responsible for contacting former students who have outstanding debts to the University. 只要有可能, they establish special payment agreements to resolve past due debts and are responsible for referring accounts with unresolved delinquent balances to collection agencies.
The Student Financial Services Management Team works together to coordinate the efforts of all members of the SFS Staff.
